1: Q:  How to buy?

Usually, the tracking number can be checked in the express company's website in 1-2 days. 

After the tracking number set up on the internet, you will receive the package in 7-25 working days. 

That means, you could receive the products in 10 - 30 working days after you transfer the payment.

For Shipping To USA,We Charge 8% Sales Tax when you pay order.

Non-EU Countries and USA, we do not charge tax when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing the item to enter your country.

The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery.

You are responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes,brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery.

9: Q: What is Shipping Insurance?

Our shipping insurance provides peace of mind by covering loss, damage, and delivery delays. 

The insurance fee is automatically calculated based on your order value and is pre-selected by default for your convenience. 

Here’s the breakdown:

Orders under $50: $2.99 – Covers loss, damage, and delays.

Orders between $50 - $99: $3.99 – Covers loss, damage, and delays.

Orders of $100 or more: $4.99 – Includes all of the above plus priority order processing and access to a fast-track claims channel.

You may opt out at checkout, but we highly recommend keeping it enabled for full protection during shipping.
